James Cocker, Stationer and Account Book Manufacturer, 151A, West George Street.—

    A thoroughly representative firm in the stationery trade is that of James Cocker. Established as above sixteen years ago, this house has become noteworthy through “Cocker’s celebrated steel pens”.

    Mr. Cocker’s premises consist of a large basement floor, fitted to display the valuable stock of mercantile and general stationery goods, and requisites of every description for offices and counting-houses. The position which Mr. Cocker has won is in a measure due to his introduction of the famous steel pens ; but doubtless his long experience, his frank and obliging manner, and upright principles, have helped greatly to place him in the rank he holds in this important trade.
